Q. If I sign up for the clo coffee subscription club, when will i receive my coffee?

A. All coffee on the coffee subscription is roasted and posted during the first week of each month. So any orders made in month 1, should be received by 7th day of month 2. You will receive a welcome email explaining the process and expectations.

 

Q. What type of coffees should i expect to receive in my subscription?

A. We like to this of the clo coffee subscription club as a coffee-lover’s experience. We purposefully choose a different coffee each month, from different parts of the world. We give you full origin information and tasting notes from the individual characteristics of the coffee for you to compare to the flavours you get. All coffees are speciality and fresh from the current season. We hand roast all the coffee ourselves in our roastery in Leeds, UK.

 

Q. When should i expect to receive my online order?

A. We aim to post all online orders within 1-2 working days and we post second class. In most cases, we send as soon as we receive the order.

 

Q. Will I receive my subscription through my letter box?

A. Yes! We have devised a solution so that all 250g subscriptions are delivered as ‘large letter’, and should be posted through your letterbox. For this reason our re-sealable bags are larger than a normal retail coffee bag so we can lay them flat. If you subscribe to 500g/1kg per month then this unfortunately does not fit through your letterbox. We use Royal Mail.

 

Q. Do you use recyclable or compostable packaging?

A. Absolutely! We are in the process of transferring all our packaging to be as environmentally friendly as we can. Currently; ALL our Church coffee pouches are fully home compostable. ALL our subscription bags are 100% recyclable. [We are still working solutions for the retail 250g and 1kg wholesale bags].
