We love seeing coffee create a pause; a moment for people either to relax on their own or to connect with friends & family or even enjoy live music with 30,000 other people. You can help create this moment for people at the Big Church Festival 2025.

We're looking for trained Baristas & Cafe volunteers (with or without experience) to join us on our next adventure at the 'Big Church Festival' in West Sussex (Wiston Estate) from Thursday 21 August - Mon 25 August.

You'd be helping us to deliver a great coffee experience whilst making great memories and doing something a little unique.
