Big Church Festival 2024

You will become part of team CLO and assist in the smooth running of the Festival cafes at Big Church Festival and Wildfires. We are taking a small team of experienced Barista, to join the larger cafe team, and oversee the high quality of the coffee and hot beverage production. We would love you to join the cafe team.

Who we are looking for

  • Fun, enthusiastic and energetic person, with a keen interest in customer service and café life

  • Barista or cafe experience is essential.

  • Role: You will be fully responsible for the high quality Barista coffees being made in the cafes.

  • A willingness to get stuck in and be a team player with the rest of the cafe team.

  • Able to work shifts over 2 days of the festival - Sat & Sun. (Usual shift is 8 hrs)

  • You need to attend an online training session prior to the event and attend a briefing before you start your shift on site. Your shift times will be sent prior to the event with arrival time.
