Head Roaster Linda takes us through the Roasting process on a Probate coffee roaster & demonstrates a different method for a longer Aeropress drink.
Continuing the lockdown series, Nick and Linda chat about lockdown life with running a coffee business, whilst also home-schooling 4 kids in four different key-stages. Getting to the end of week 7 and its starting to settle down, although never quite feels normal.
Highlights from the week are the boiler breaking, and then fixing itself just in time for the boiler man arriving, and potty training (again) with the 3 year old.
Linda demonstrates the coffee roasting process in our highlights from the 11am Facebook Live during Lockdown. Showing us how she roasts the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe on the Probat coffee roaster.
Finally we demonstrate how to brew an Aeropress coffee with a slightly different method which produces a longer drink.
