Easter Blend 2026

from £11.50

Roaster’s tasting notes: chocolate, chocolate, chocolate!

Talk about some kind of mash up between smarties and mars bars! We LOVE this blend. Super smooth, medium/light roast, kind of vanilla qualities, some nougat something-or-other, but mostly just chocolate! This coffee brings the delicate notes of the Guatemala washed, with the smooth mouthfeel of the Brazil Cafe Delas. Honestly, it’s our favourite Easter Blend yet. Fabulous clarity on filter, enough body to go in your home espresso, but go double shot with short amount of milk, think flat white/cortado.

The Coffees:

The washed Guatemala was processed at Covoya/OFI cherry mill in Ayarza, Santa Rosa. Linda visited this cherry mill in May 2025 to see the processes, innovative methods being used to reduce the carbon footprint, and the reinvestment into the local community - notably the education and childcare provision in place for coffee growing families.

The Brazil Cafe Delas is grown near the Brazilian town of Poco Fundo. The Delas project was created to help women farmers access the resources, knowledge, and voice they need to grow their operations to the fullest potential. The concept of Café Delas can be summed up in one word, “empowerment”. Coupled with ongoing training for women on agronomy and improving coffee quality, as well as workshops and events focused on empowerment, Café Delas is bringing women’s specialty coffee to market.
