This is a new blend, of two coffees from different continents, with completely different processes, but they’re a chocolatey marriage made in heaven!
Tanzania Mondul Estate is an anaerobic natural processed specialty coffee, from Arusha. The high quality beans combined with the processing, has made roasting easy! Great chocolatey tones, with smooth vanilla fudge.
Bolivia Cafe Femenino is a lovely washed coffee, with milk chocolate as its prominent notes and sweetness like creme caramel. All you’d hope for from a South American bean.
